ROYSTONHILL SPIRE COMPETITION

Ruggero Lancia won 2^nd prize for the Roystonhill Spire competition managed by the GIA in 2015 for the Rosemount Development Trust. The design brief requested a lighting scheme for the Roystonhill Spire not exceeding both a budget of £40K for its installation and £4K per year in running costs. The brief also requested that the lighting scheme should foster Roystonhill’s visibility and connection with the rest of Glasgow city.
