PARK CIRCUS – GLASGOW

Designed by Ruggero Lancia whilst a project architect at Allied Surveyors.

The design brief for this project required the re-development of existing residential accommodation and some adjacent external shelters in the Park Circus area in Glasgow.

The overall re-development site is currently occupied by 20 flats and 2 mews houses. The developed design proposals indicate extensive demolition and rebuilding works to form 13 flats and 3 mews houses
