This high quality two storey care home will provide generously sized single bedroom accommodation with en-suite shower rooms for 59 residents. The bedrooms are provided over the two floors in five separate small group living wings which have been designed to take advantage of the prominent site with panoramic views to the north and the Black Isle.

The ground floor shared social spaces will open on to secure external garden spaces with a variety of sitting out areas for residents, wander routes and ornamental planting along with putting and bowling areas.
