MERCHANT CITY REDEVELOPMENT – GLASGOW

Designed by Ruggero Lancia whilst a project architect at Allied Surveyors.

This project involved the modification and re-development of 36 flats in an existing building located in the Merchant City Conservation Area. The re-development is aimed at updating the layout of the existing residential units to increase their value to the standard expected in quality residential property in the Merchant City. A new landscaping design incorporating suds was devised for the internal courtyard area.
