The site for this care home is within the heart of Linlithgow town centre – making it accessible by public transport and adjacent to many local facilities.

The design brief is to provide a care home comprising 65 single bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms over three residential floor levels. The proposals offer high quality accommodation with space standards significantly in excess of current Care Inspectorate requirements.

On each floor level Day Rooms have been positioned to provide residents with views over the surrounding streets and of the activity typical of the town centre location. The design of the home seeks to maximise operational efficiencies whilst taking on board the most up to date thinking on infection control.
