CITY QUAY – DUNDEE

Designed by Stuart Dallas whilst a partner at Young & Gault Architects.

The architectural design was granted full planning permission for the phased creation of a bold new modern flatted development on the Dundee City waterfront. The design culminated in a 15-storey high tower at the entrance to the harbour. The majority of the flats benefitted from panoramic views of the Tay estuary. Only one phase of the development was subsequently constructed by FM Developments.
