The masterplan for this development seeks to create a strong relationship between the proposed 60 bed care home and the proposed nursery for 60 children. Secure gardens will be located alongside the nursery play grounds. It is hoped that the co-location of these two facilities will help create opportunities for shared intergenerational activities.

A variety of single bedroom and suited bedroom accommodation will be provided within the care home. All Day Room accommodation will face south to overlook the secure gardens and the children’s nursery and to benefit from the panoramic views to the south.
